It’s been a careful selection for this course, which will now be my only livestream offering. This little baby is a fusion of our beloved Wednesday night Earth Flow and the Bodyworks members portal.

To be very clear, this isn’t a “quick-fix-6-weeks-to-a-perfect-version-of-you” course. Which I’m sure comes a no surprise to most of you if you know me and my work.
I deliberately decided on this format to offer up some steadiness in a world that is turning fast and changing frequently and to encourage you to commit to regularity. After the first 6 week term a second term will begin straight away and so on so on. And so on.

Embodiment takes time. And as you start to meet yourself on a regular basis, with curiosity, giving attention to feeling again, there may well be shifts. It might not make sense all the time, we’ll embrace the chaos together, but you have to show up. You don’t have to show up as the best version of yourself, you don’t have to show up and pretend to be something you’re not, you don’t have to put a mask on and dance the silly dance, but you do need to be there.

There will certainly be challenges. Moments when you don’t want to, can’t motivate yourself or you discover something beneath the layers that feels icky, that you’ve been avoiding. Or moments when the inner chatter is loud, judgemental and hell bent on convincing you that you’re not good enough.

I’m here for all of that. And you are good enough.

I’m also here to guide you towards better body awareness and personal agency. We’ll be exploring mobility and pleasurable, intentional movements that prioritise feeling joyful in your own skin. I facilitate a space where we can laugh (mostly at myself) and stop taking ourselves too seriously, but also where we can be tender if we’ve forgotten to do that. I genuinely want you to rediscover what it feels like to embrace your entire being (you’re greatest authentic self, and your shittiest authentic self, as my Mum and I recently discussed).

This is moving and stretching and strengthening, but it is much more than that. If that’s new to you, be brave, take a steady pace and … Welcome!


Each week we’ll follow a specific theme, explore the human design (anatomy) through imagery, repetition, touch and movement. From organs and skin, bones and muscles, to thoughts and feelings, we’ll expand the capacity to feel and stand in the middle of what is.

How it will work:

We’ll meet online via Zoom, once you sign up you’ll get the passwords and links you need to access.

If you haven’t already done so, please download it in advance. If you need assistance with any of the technical stuff, I am here to help, just ask.

I want you to think of this a real space and to help us move away from the disembodying effect that being online can sometimes have, I will invite us to interact, to speak or write in the chat at the start of each class, to ask questions or share comments at the end. Participation in this course will ask you to be present and visible to each other and to see and honour us a group.
