My group classes are intended as an accessible, fun way to build your movement routine into your daily life in Neukölln and Kreuzberg, Berlin, or even online. I teach a variety of different methods and practices to support you in having a strong, supple body that you can connect with and the knowledge to work with the complex layers in your mind.

Befriend your body, understand your mind

All of my classes incorporate intelligent methods to train your fascia + muscles and align your skeletal system. Moving your body helps to regulate your nervous system and brain functions, prevent or recover from injury, and even strengthen your immune system. You’ll learn how to improve body awareness and maintain feeling confident in moving and knowing how to listen to your body.

Expect a sweet fusion of fun and focus, always set to custom made playlists and with plenty of options for you to work where you want to work and move your body on your own terms. You can bring any of your work-out goals to the classes, but I work really hard to keep toxic beauty standards, aesthetic idealisations and compare and despair culture away from my spaces. You can rise to the challenge and you can do hard things and you can stay on track, but you can’t punish and extract. And something to note, we do not comment on each others bodies in my classes, that includes mine!

Work with me 1-1

If you want some special attention or a tailored program, you can work with me 1-1, either as a one off or over a recurring period. Private classes take place online or at your house. This can either have a training focus for your workout or a physco-somatic focus for support in embodied living.

Yoga is a way of life. It’s a science of the body and mind. It’s a devotional, spiritual practice of connection beyond the individual. Yoga is a practice to serve life in all it’s forms. It is not simply about calming down but rather developing the range to live in presence and take responsibility.

Monday Night City Ritual

Tap into the wisdom of the body, observe the spirals of the mind and empower your ability to respond with agency instead of habitually react. You learn the practices that you can apply to your life, outside of the studio and over time they become transferable.

The movement principles are interdisciplinary (not exclusively fundamental yoga asana) the essence of the class is embodied leadership and expanding your ability to be present and connected.

Morning Yoga

Start the day with attempting to clear the mind, open the heart and be as present as you can be. We witness what exists in the moment whilst inviting a quality of attention that is non-judgemental and positively dripping in permission, also known as compassion.

We move in a variety of ways, sometimes slow, sometimes fast and end with meditation and savasana. This class is rooted in Hatha-Vinyasa yoga but may also incorporate other modalities.

ELDOA

Athletic spinal stretches for postural realignment and nervous system regulation. This method was designed by osteopath Dr. Guy Vouyer to create space in your joints and manage or recover from chronic back pain. The postures, which we hold intensely for one minute each, work to decompress the joints of your spine and increase hydration by activating the flow of essential fluids throughout your body. As well as managing spinal health, the ELDOAs stimulate the nerves reaching to different vital organs, from the respiratory to reproductive and digestive systems and general immune system.

Myofascial Stretching

These classes are designed to improve the quality of your soft tissue (fascia and muscle) and reduce the friction between all the layers of fascia for smoother functional mobility, injury prevention and recovery. Stretching in this way supports general mobility, rather than flexibility and is also an effective way to regulate the nervous system, moving tension through and returning to an optimal window between para-sympathetic and sympathetic in which the bodies vital systems can function, ie. sleep, digestion, repair, reproduction.

Both MFS and ELDOA classes are awake classes, where you will place your body under deliberate, precise tension and stay very concentrated. It’s an extremely effective way to work your whole mind-body system, people often report noticing immediate effects after the class.

I’ve trained in the Pilates Archival method, designed by Joseph Pilates. This is the original method of Pilates, that lead the way to the popularised classical and contemporary Pilates that are familiar through-out the city.

In my Pilates classes you’ll work through some fun interpretations of the original exercises, develop overall strength and flexibility and generally have a good time. The workouts are snappy and energising and give you a great opportunity to be in touch with your body and see yourself gradually improving as you keep coming back each week.

The classes are challenging, because it’s great to know that we can do hard things, and maybe even enjoy it! You’ll feel different every time you train, so remember always to do it on your own terms.

We’ll go deep with plenty of repetition so you can feel the beloved burn and think of me sweetly the next day.

Abs + Ass

this is a segmental strengthing class focusing entirely on the small, deep muscles that support your hips and lower back. We train very precisely and deeply.

A perfectionist recovery lead and follow dance aerobics class. Absolutely not designed to be done perfectly, but as a place for you to let loose and embrace pleasure, expression, feeling and moving. Each month I release a new Monthly Mixtape brimming with magic spells to encourage feeling. We dance the same choreography all month until we let it go at the release party and move on to a new frequency with the new month.

The task is simple - let the music move you and follow the choreography if you want to.

There is really nothing else like this in Berlin, believe me - I’ve looked everywhere! It’s a fast paced, friendly dance work-out with full permission to be exactly as you need to be. You’ll learn to hold space for yourself, to stretch your comfortzone and expand your music taste.

Sweat Body

This is the highest level container of the work that I offer in the city. We meet once a month to go deeper into the teachings of the what, the how and the why of living an embodied life.

This space is intended to make the sub-conscious conscious, it’s a place to really learn what it means to live with agency and take responsibility for your life. I offer this space to those with a fire in their belly and a hunger to really know themselves beyond the mechanisms, habits and patterns that create the illusion of identity. I offer this space to those who know there’s another way beyond the dominant culture of separation and extraction.

Immersion is for those who know that senstivity is a super power and want to learn how to anchor into that. It is a community space, we do not do it alone and we don’t hide in the shadows. We call fourth what is within us and let it be witnessed.

Immersion is a living organism, the space and the teachings shape shift according to what is being served in the moment, but it is rooted in the feminine energetics below the surface of the hyper-rational controlling mind.

Your participation in Immersion requires a willingness to be present and receptive, it asks you to be there as fully as you can be and to work with your resistance, not against.

If you attend Immersion, you show up as a student, open to learn and be humbled by the teachings and in return you are met in a generously loving container, expertly guided from embodied wisdom, not just shallow theory.

I offer embodied coaching sessions one on one, where you bring the theme and I guide you through it from an energetic and embodied perspective. We can meet in person or online.
