In another life, or perhaps one day as part of this one, I would be a DJ. Typical, you may say, for someone living in Berlin. Perhaps you are right. I love how curating a set or playlist can take us on a complete journey. I love that music connects us and returns us to the source. That’s why music is an integral part of the practices I share. It is not simply background music, or there to help you relax. It is used to invigor, to connect, to stimulate and regulate. Music is an artistry, an ancient method of connection and a celebration of human creativity. I happily absorb myself for hours and hours curating sets that support a journey through different states. I play anything from dancehall to techno, disco to gong baths, drum and bass to ancient European folk music.

Here you can access many of the playlists I use for class.
