Before you start, you’ll probs want to go and put on your fav spandex knicks and throw ya hair up in a pony/wear whatever you like. Make sure you’ve got some space to move and connect to your speaker et voila! Let’s go!
We’d LOVE for you to send us a pic of you getting ready to write a deranged love letter and dance some deranged aerobics IF YOU WANT TO <3
Part one (warm up):
Get a blank page and a felt tip pen. Set a timer for 6 minutes. Think about a love story or a person or a place that you think about when you think about deranged love or obsession and write that word in the centre then everything else that you can think of around it. Feelings, songs, places, outfits, messages, details, tragic moments, everything that comes to mind.

Pick one of these prompts and write on it (set another timer if you like, it helps!). You can write in any form, a letter, a poem, a diary entry, a story etc.
