A portal to embodiment, especially curated to support you in developing a dependable relationship to your mind & body, through movement and awareness practices.
Each video in this library of classes is intentional and meaningful, they are designed to generate resilience and sensitivity in your body and mind, and pay particular attention to the multiple states of your nervous system. They open up the possibility to connect to something greater than yourself whilst you practice an extra-ordinary quaility of attetion.
The classes range between 15-40minutes, to help with accessibility and be able to make time for remembering your body. This is deliberately unconventional work that draws on a variety of influences from yoga, dance, improvisation, HIIT training, barre, aerobics and somatics.
This is an archieve of practices, I am not currently adding new material, but there is plenty here.

Anyone who wants to celebrate body acceptance, joy and radical self-awareness.
Anyone who wants to fit more movement into their lives, but isn’t interested in mindless workouts. Anyone who is curious about how the body can support us in building up resilience in order to feel without becoming overwhelmed or suppressing emotions.

A membership with Bodyworks costs 10-20euro per month and you are free to cancel anytime. Your membership will reoccur each month until you cancel it.
