Graceful Movement This is a Yoga Class. The movement principles are interdisciplinary, the philosophy and essence of the class is Yoga. This is NOT a workout but a practice to develop your ability to live expansively and lovingly.

Sweat Body A non-competitive Dance Workout that is absolutely not designed to be done perfectly, but as a place for you to let loose, release perfection and embrace pleasure. Monthly Mixtape and Choreography set to a killlllller soundtrack.

Barre Classes Whether cardio, classic or full body, this ballet based workout will develop strength, mobility and coordination. Set to a sweet playlist.

Myofascia Stretching + Mobility a class based on the technique created by French osteopath, Guy VOYER that is designed to improve the quality of soft tissue and how the different layers move in relation to one another to improve function, mobility and flexibility.

Dragon Dance A fusion of Yoga Asana and Qi Gong, a repetitive, physically and energetically demanding practice that works into a trance state of conscious flow

Immersion a monthly intensive workshop based on Yogic teachings and embodied coaching. I speak for a long time at the beginning, offer you written reflections or questions and then we move it through the body.

Fascia Flow A deep dive into the connective tissue of the body, through movement and perception practices. The class moves relatively slowly.

sliding scale


For our collaborative schedule, we use a sliding scale in an effort to create fairer access to movement and well-being. Rather than one fixed price, a sliding scale structure makes it more possible for people with less expendable income to participate, whilst paying the teacher fairly. This is an effort to redistribute resources and minimise financial exclusion. It is a recognition that unequal access to economic resources is a systemic failure and should not be considered the responsibility of one individual, especially not those who have less access to resources.

It’s very important that this is not considered a 'pay-whatever-you-feel-like' system, it only works when each participant pays based on their economic circumstance. If you’re not sure, take a moment to reflect on your access to resources and privilege (not only income), the value of this work including curating content, training, administration and equipment, as well as what you can genuinely afford to pay.

There is a price rage for each class, or you can opt for the community price, which contributes to the costs of the work whilst be subsidised by the members of the community who are able to pay more.

For members with enough stable financial resources to pay the fair price for the work and support the wider community. These prices reflect the full cost of all output required to curate meaningful work as well as a contribution to redistributing financial resources.
